Yahoo! SiteBuilder 2.4.0 is a program that will help you to design web sites.
Once you´ve installed it, you have to decide if you´re going to work on a new site or modify an already done site.
If you´re starting a new site, you will have to choose its name and where to save it.
You can start from a template or a blank page. If you choose to use a template, you can select it from the categorized list that will appear. Some of them will be not available till you download it using your Internet connection. If you want, you can download all the available templates in a run. It can take some time, when I made this review there were 410 available templates.
Once you have chosen your template, you have to define which pages are you going to include. Then, you can modify them to suit your needs.
You can customize every aspect of the web site, including backgrounds, fonts, colors. You can also change or add tags, images, java applets, sounds, etc. You can then save your finished work and upload it to your server. |
